Failed VBIED Dismantled in Libya

A VBIED failed to detonate outside the courthouse in Misrata, Libya.  The device was discovered and was captured by security forces. The device was dismantled and the process was photographed. The vehicle appeared to contain twelve PRB M3 Anti-tank landmines and additional fragmentation hidden throughout the vehicles’ structure.
