This SVBIED was found in al Qa’im by PMU Brigade and was part of an IED factory that was discovered on November 9th, 2017. Al-Qa’im is an Iraqi town located nearly 400 km northwest of Baghdad near the Syrian border. It is situated along the Euphrates River and located in the Al Anbar Governorate.
