SVBIED Disassembled and Firing Mechanisms Examined in Iraq

Images of an Islamic State-made up-armored & rocket-upgraded SVBIED (Kia SUV) captured by Iraqis in the west side of Mosul’s Old City and disassembled in Tal Zalat. Images of the armor kit removed. Rocket firing mechanism also visible and shown functioning in the videos below. Firing mechanism used for the rocket pods has a safety just like the main payload detonation mechanisms.
