Terrorists Arrested With Suicide Vests, Weapons and IEDs in Libya

A five member ISIS cell (including 1 from Sudan) was arrested in Gasr Garabulli (Castelverde) located about 30 km east of Tripoli, Libya with suicide vests, AKs and IEDs.
