Ukrainian authorities seized an IED from individuals accused of plotting terrorist attacks in Luhansk.  The suspects were observed while taking photos of potential government targets.  During their arrest police discovered this IED along with a professional camera, 3 mobile phones and documents in the vehicle of the offender. During the search a package with the explosive device containing TNT blocks and nails was seized.
